Print Equipment Operator

As an Equipment Operator, your primary responsibility will be operating relevant machinery needed to produce print projects that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

While not required, print production or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to comprehend job details and customer specifications
  • Communicate effectively with other employees
  • Mechanically inclined and production-oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Regularly required to stand and use hands
  • Frequently need to walk; use feet to operate machines
  • Regularly required to use arms and hands to reach
  • Able to work in an environment exposed to ink and chemical fumes, airborne particles, and loud noises
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Job Requirements:

  • Review job details and plan processes to meet specifications for custom jobs
  • Set up machines to specifications and run products as required
  • Quality control while providing updates on jobs
  • Make adjustments as needed to the main specifications and flow
  • Monitor assigned machines and ensure requirements are maintained
  • Load and unload the machine
  • Troubleshoot machine problems, resolve them if possible, and notify the Floor Supervisor
  • Ensure all equipment and workstations are in good order and free of safety hazard
  • Follow and comply with all safety/work rules and regulations
